Okami
Okami is a visually stunning action-adventure video game franchise developed by Clover Studio and published by Capcom. The series is heavily inspired by Japanese mythology, and follows the story of Amaterasu, a sun goddess who takes on the form of a white wolf. The game's unique "Celestial Brush" gameplay mechanic allows players to use a paintbrush to manipulate the world and defeat enemies. The first game, Okami, was released in 2006 for the PlayStation 2 and went on to win several awards, including "Game of the Year" from several publications. The franchise has since expanded to include a sequel, Okamiden, and various spin-offs and remasters. Fun fact: the game's protagonist, Amaterasu, makes a cameo appearance in the fighting game Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds.
